Greenhook Gin, Kings County Bourbon, Pressed Fuji Apple, Black Pepper
In a Metal Shaker, combine the following:
2 oz Cocktail Batch
1.5 oz Fuji apple juice
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.3 oz black pepper syrup
pinch of Maldon sea salt
*shake for at least 15 seconds to incorporate
Strain in to a Tubo glass
Fill with fresh ice
Garnish: lemon peel, laid flat across the top of the cocktail
1. In a quart container, combine: ·
21 ounces Greenhook Gin ·
7 ounces Kings County Bourbon
4. Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.
