RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a mixing glass combine:

2 oz Makers Mark OR Bacardi 8
1 oz Lustau Vermut
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

• Stir to chill and combine. Strain into a chilled coupe
• Place Smoketop over coupe and sprinkle wood chips into the top
• Light chips and let Smoketop sit for a moment before removing
• Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
