Pineapple Express

The name is inspired by the smokiness of the mezcal mixed with pineappple. The smokiness of the mezcal is balanced by the tart and sweet pineapple and blood orange juice, making easy to love even by those who say they hate mezcal. Aperol adds great complexity, and ginger juice adds just a little spice.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

- 2 oz Banhez Mezcal
- .5 oz Aperol
- .75 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Blood Orange Juice
- .5 oz Ginger Juice
- .5 oz Honey Syrup

Add ice. Shake to chill and combine.
Strain into a highball glass and fill with fresh ice

Garnish: Mint sprig and Blood orange wheel

- 2.25 oz Juice Batch

Add ice. Shake to chill and combine.
