An elevated summer sangria. The Vinho verde is dry and effervescent and balances the richness of the peach and passionfruit. Flavors are rounded out by the minerality and acidity from the Apértif.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL
In a shaking tin, combine:
- 1.75oz Havana Club Rum Anéjo Clasico
- .5oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina Apértif
- 2oz Peach, Passion Fruit, Orange Juice Mix (shake well to reincorporate before measuring)
Add ice. Shake to chill and incorporate and the strain into a wine glass
- Add 3 oz Vinho Verde
Fill glass with fresh ice
Garnish: dehydrated rose petals
