UES Summer Gin Tonic - Pacharan and St. Germain

In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 1.5 oz Mahón Gin
- 1 oz Atxa Pacharan
- .25 oz St. Germain
- 4 oz Fever Tree  Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: a thick orange peel

Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: a thick orange pee
