In a mixing glass, combine:
3 oz Barbiana Manzanilla Pasada
.5 oz Aperol
.5oz Licor 43
Stir for a solid 10 seconds. *Don't stir too long- the drink should be cold, but not stirred as much as a classic, spirit based martini.
Strain in to a coupe.
Garnish: orange peel - express the orange oils on to the surface cocktail and serve with the peel facing up in the cocktail. *peel should be cut in to a thin rectangular piece for a clean, modern look.
