RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

  • 3 oz red wine
  • 1 oz George Dickel Rye
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • .75 oz Pear Puree
  • .25 oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
  • 3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Add ice. Shake to chill and combine. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice

Garnish: Diced fresh pears
