In a mixing glass, combine:
- 2oz Madre Mezcal
- .25 oz Carpano Antica
- .75 oz Averna infused with Pandan Leaves
- 3 drops Lemon Tincture
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Stir to chill and combine
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
Garnish: dehydrated lemon peel
