In a Metal Shaker, combine the following:
1.4 oz Cocktail Batch
2 oz Rosé wine
.3 oz fresh lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
*shake for at least 15 seconds to incorporate
Double strain in to a Coupe
Garnish: Lemon twist, on the side of the cup
In a quart container, combine: ·
20 ounces Spring/Summer Gin ·
8 ounces St. Germain
Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.
*Yield = 20 cocktails each
