In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Mahón Gin
- 3 oz Cherry Blossom Infusion
- 3 oz Tonic
- .5ml Orange Blossom Water
Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: lemon wheel
Cherry Blossom Infusion
Put hot water in 1 gallon measuring tub
Use some of the hot water to break down the honey
Add cherry juice
Add tea and allow to oversteep
When bags are cool enough to handle, put on gloves and squeeze water out of the tea bags to get maximum extraction
Put into quart containers, label, date, and refrigerate
