In a mixing glass, combine:
- 1.5 oz Four Roses Bourbon
- .5 oz Torres 10 Brandy
- .25 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
- 2 drops Saline Solution
Add ice. Stir to chill and combine.
Strain into a DOF glass over a large ice cube
- Add 2 dashes Peach Bitters
Garnish: Fresh peach segment on top of the ice cube

- 21 oz Four Roses or Redemption Bourbon
- 7 oz Torres 10 Brandy
- 3.5 oz Nixta Licor de Elote
