Basque Mule

This is our take on the Moscow Mule, by way of the Basque Country. Patxaran, a Basque digestif made from sloe berries, lends sweet berry and herbal notes to the classic ginger spiked cocktail.

2oz batched spirit
.5oz fresh lime juice

Top with 3oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer Fill with ice,

Stir briefly with a barspoon to incorporate and chill slightly.

Garnish:
Dehydrated lime wheel

In a quart container combine

14 ounces Vodka     
14 ounces Patxaran

Label and Date container. This recipe will yield 14 cocktails

Transfer to speed pour or bottle prior to service - this should be stored in the speed rail. Label and date.
