1 cup dried Hibiscus flowers
2 cups salt
1/2 zested lime per day
preparation
- Pulse Hibiscus in a robo coupe or spice mill
- Remove from blender, then add the salt
- Combine well
- For daily service - pour salt into serving well and freshly zest 1/2 lime into salt. Mix gently to combine.
