Cinnamon & Orange Marmalade Syrup

Cinnamon Syrup

  • 5 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 18oz jars of Sarabeth's Orange Apricot Marmalade

Place cinnamon sticks in the spice grinder and grind.

Place 5 at a time and pulse a few times until you have small pieces but it's not fully ground.

*do not use pre-ground cinnamon.

Bring all ingredients to a boil and then immediately remove from heat. Stir briefly.

Let cool for 10 minutes then strain out cinnamon pieces

Combine warm Cinnamon Syrup and 3 jar of Marmalade in Vitamix. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to quart containers. Label, date, and refrigerate.
