90 oz warm water
90 oz white sugar
3 oz Lavender by weight
- Add water, sugar, and lavender to a large pot
- Cook at 350 degreed for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
- Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 1 hour
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer and 2 layers of cheese cloth
- Refrigerate and date.
