1. Using mandolin, slicefruit you are choosing to dehydrate to approximately 1/4inchthick.
2. Put sliced fruit in a fresh quart container and pour 4 oz of simple syrup over fruit.
3. Put lid on and shake around until fruit is nicely coated.
4. Pull out racks from dehydrator and lay coated fruit onto racks (you can pack them tightly, they just cannot be touching)
5. Plug in dehydrator and set to 135 degrees and let sit for 12-24 hours(they should be very brittle andable to snap in half. They should NOT bend)
