Tool: Cambro,peeler, scale, funnel, knife, cutting board.
Use a 4-quarter cambro and add the following ingredients:
750ml vodka (save the bottle)
22.5 grams of lemon zest
22.5 grams of orange zest (Make sure it doesn’t contain any pith ‘white skin’)
Let rest for 24 hours in the freezer. Using a fine strainer, strain the vodka and bottle it up.
