Green Bean & Rosewater Syrup

  • 150 g water
  • 50 g rosewater
  • 175 g green beans
  • 175g sugar
  • 2.5 g kosher salt
  • 1.5 g ground black pepper

Tools: Scale, mesh strainer, blender

preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding solids. Transfer the liquid to an airtight container. Label and reserve in the refrigerator.
