Goose Berry Cordial

  • 500g Golden Berries
  • 500g Water
  • Sugar

preparation
  1. Add the water and golden berries to a pot and place over the hot plate.
  2. Cook the golden berries until they open naturally, without letting thewater boil.
  3. Once the golden berries have opened, allow the mixture to chill.
  4. Blend the golden berries and water all together.
  5. Strain and weigh the juice.
  6. Add the same amount of sugar as the weight of the juice.
  7. Thoroughly blend all ingredients until smooth.
  8. Place the liquid into a container. Date, Label and initial.
