Dragon Fruit Juice

  • 300g Dragon Fruit purée
  • 300g water
  • 300g caster sugar

Tools: Immersion blender, measuring cups, scale, 6-quarter cambro

preparation

Add all ingredients into a 6 - quarter cambro. Using an immersion blender mix all of the juice until the sugar is fully dissolved. Transfer the liquid to an airtight container. Label and store in the refrigerator.
