- 400g Purple Corn
- 3 liters Water
- 30g Cinnamon
- 5 Cloves
- 400g Green Apples
Equipment:
- Water bath
- Vacuum seal bag
- Vacuum sealer
- Sous vide stick
preparation
- Place all ingredients in a vacuum seal bag.
- Seal the bag.
- Place the bag and the Sous Vide stick into the water bath.
- Boil the bag for 15 mins at 260F.
- Strain, Quart, Label, and Date
